Ammara is a qualified ACCA member with over 12 years of professional experience in Director ABM Sanaullah & Co. Audit, Financial Advisory, Corporate Compliance, and Risk Advisory.
She is currently serving as Executive Director, Advisory & Risk Advisory at ABM
Sanaullah & Co., leading advisory engagements, risk assessments, financial modelling, valuations, and strategic consultancy for clients.
Ammara has worked as a Senior Manager at a Big Four firm, where she leads audit, advisory, and consultancy engagements. In this role, she oversees financial modelling, valuations, internal audits, project appraisals, due diligence, and strategic advisory assignments across industries such as real estate, pharmaceuticals, healthtech, FMCG, e-commerce, and microfinance.
She completed her articles in accordance with the Bye-Laws of ICAP from UHY Hassan Naeem & Co., Chartered Accountants, Islamabad. After completing her articles, she served UHY Hassan Naeem & Co. as an Assistant Manager, Advisory for six years.
She has also led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence (FDD) engagements, carrying out financial statement analysis, market benchmarking, and business model evaluations, identifying growth drivers, operational bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen investor confidence.
In addition, Ammara has prepared business plans for microfinance banks, kraft paper bag manufacturers, and software/app-based businesses, and has strong experience in seed-stage funding models, fund utilization planning, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI analysis, as well as establishing and managing accounts departments
